Above it all? You could be, with a helicopter ride over the city. Perhaps a ride in the latest Ferrari, blend in and rent one for a few minutes to ride the F1 circuit?
Between the devil and the deep blue sea; that wouldn’t be fair to France, Monaco’s only neighbour other than the Mediterranean waters. Rest assured, you will need to pack a good few Euros to get around here.
